  6. Shape into 6 - 8 patties, about 10cm / 4" wide. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Fry in oil until deep golden and crispy, 4 minutes. Carefully flip then cook the other side for 4 minutes until golden OR// BBQ on medium heat for 4 mins per side.
