- Raita Chutney :
- 1 bunch Cilantro

- 1 tsp Cumin powder

- 1/2 kg Yogurt
- Green Spicy Chutney :
- 8-10 Green chillies
- Water as required
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Imli Chutney :
- 1 cup Imli pulp
- 1/2 cup Green chilli water
- 2 tsp Sugar
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 and half tsp Chaat masala
- Salad :
- Onion finely sliced as required
- Cabbage finely sliced as required
- Tomatoes & Cucumber (optional)
- Chicken Shami :
- 1 kg Chana daal
- 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
- 2 chicken cubes
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Whole spice powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 and half tsp Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- Water for boiling
- 2 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
- Egg for coating

- Blend all raita ingredients with 2 tbsp of yogurt, now beat remaining yogurt & mix blended mixture to it to form Raita.
- Now blend Green chutney ingredients together.
- Now for imli chutney grind green chillies and strain it, we will use the strained chilli water here. Now take imli pulp and mix all the ingredients.
- Now cook them for 4 to 5 mins and then refrigerate it.
- Soak daal for 7 to 8 hrs.
- Now in a pot mix all the ingredients of Shami except cilantro and cook until water dries up.
- Now take out chicken and shred and press it with hands and rolling pin. To make it like thread.
- And chop daal in a chopper to make fine paste.
- Now mix daal paste, chicken & cilantro together and make kababs. Now fry them with Egg coating.
- Now cut and toast burger buns.
- Now on 1 side spread some ketchup. On the other side spread Raita & Green Chutney.
- Now on green chutney side spread shami. & on ketchup side place cooked egg.
- To make egg just beat it with salt and half tsp of green chutney and fry.
- Now put salad on it and some imli chutney now fold it.
- Now press it and cut it. & serve it with raita, imli chutney & ketchup.
